Wolverhampton Wanderers have secured a significant financial gain by selling midfielder Jhon Arias to Brazilian side Palmeiras for a reported fee of £21.5 million, just seven months after his arrival at the club.

The Colombian international, who joined Wolves in the summer of 2025 for approximately £15 million, has now completed a permanent transfer back to Brazil. This move comes after Arias made 26 appearances across all competitions for the West Midlands club, contributing two goals during his brief stint.
