Motorists are being urged to plan ahead as a key Birmingham route will be closed overnight for essential maintenance work.
Essential Overnight Roadworks Planned
The A38 Aston Expressway, one of the city's busiest roads, will be shut in both directions for a five-hour period. The closure is scheduled to allow for the installation of new traffic management systems.
The shutdown will be in effect from 10pm on Friday, December 5, until 3am on Saturday, December 6. The specific work involves closing off the Tidal Lane to install the necessary equipment.
