Man in 60s dies in Herefordshire crash between lorry and car

A man has tragically lost his life after a collision involving a lorry and a car in Herefordshire, police have confirmed. The incident occurred on the A4137 between St Owens Cross and Marstow at approximately 6.30pm on Tuesday, June 9.

A Scania lorry collided with a Mitsubishi L200, and despite the efforts of emergency services, the driver of the Mitsubishi, a man in his 60s, was pronounced dead at the scene. West Mercia Police are now appealing for witnesses and dashcam footage to help with their investigation.

A spokesperson for West Mercia Police said: "We are appealing for witnesses after a man died in a collision on the A4137 in Herefordshire yesterday. The collision happened around 6.30pm and involved a Scania lorry and a Mitsubishi L200 between St Owens Cross and Marstow. Despite the efforts of emergency services, the driver of the Mitsubishi, a man in his 60s, was sadly pronounced dead at the scene."
