How to make representations

People who own or occupy land or buildings near the operating centre and believe their use or enjoyment of the property could be affected by the change can make representations to the Traffic Commissioner. Representations must be submitted in writing, giving the reasons for the objection, by October 22.

They should be sent to the Traffic Commissioner at Quarry House, Quarry Hill, Leeds, LS2 7UE. Anyone making representations must also send a copy to Trojan Access Ltd at Unit 2, Dormston Trading Estate, Burton Road, Dudley, DY1 2UF.
