A man has been taken to hospital following a two-car collision near Merry Hill Shopping Centre in Brierley Hill. The incident occurred at approximately 9am on Monday, April 27.
Emergency services responded to Level Street, where two vehicles were involved in the crash. Two male patients were assessed at the scene.
The first man was transported to Russells Hall Hospital in Dudley with injuries that were not believed to be serious. The second man was evaluated and discharged at the scene without requiring further treatment.
A spokesperson for West Midlands Ambulance Service said: "We were called to reports of a road traffic collision on Level Street in Brierley Hill at 9am. An ambulance was sent to the scene where, on arrival, crews found two cars had been involved in a collision and there were two male patients."
"The first man was treated by ambulance staff for injuries not thought to be serious and conveyed to Russells Hall Hospital. The second man was assessed but was not injured so was discharged at the scene."
