The chief executive of the Celtic Freeport has stepped down from her position less than two years after first taking on the role. Luciana Ciubotariu, who previously served as part of the senior management team at the Thames Freeport in London, began her tenure in May 2024.
The Celtic Freeport, which encompasses the ports of Milford Haven and Port Talbot, has confirmed her departure. The freeport benefits from a range of UK Government-funded tax breaks and incentives designed to boost economic growth in the region.
