A popular fast-food chain launched by YouTube stars has unveiled a festive feast designed to capture the spirit of a British Christmas dinner in a burger. Sides, the chain founded by the Sidemen, is rolling out its 'ultimate Christmas dinner' menu across all its UK locations throughout December.
What's on the Festive Menu?
The centrepiece of the limited-time offering is the Roast Chicken Dinner bundle. This meal features a crispy chicken burger accompanied by gravy, a side of waffle fries, a dip, and a cold drink. The chain emphasises that the chicken used is 100 per cent Red Tractor British.
In a move to customise the festive flavour, the new menu will be served alongside the Sides Flavour Scale, which offers customers 11 different heat-and-flavour options to personalise their meal. The launch also introduces new Sides Saver boxes, upgraded burgers, and a lighter Salad Snack Box.
Festive Freebies and Limited-Time Offers
To add to the Christmas cheer, the chain is running a special promotion for the month. Every order over £10 will come with a 'stocking filler' bounce back card. This card acts as a post-Christmas treat, entitling the holder to two free wings with any meal purchased in January 2026.
Aaron Moore-Saxton, managing director at Sides, commented on the launch: “Christmas in the UK is all about big flavours and family favourites, so we’ve taken that spirit and given it a Sides twist. Our new menu is built for mixing, matching and owning your taste, all of the joy of a uniquely British Christmas dinner with none of the prep, oven faff or pile of dishes.”
Sides' Expansion and UK Presence
The chicken chain was founded in 2021 through a partnership between Hero Brands and The Sidemen. It has been expanding its footprint across the UK, with one of its branches located in the Merry Hill shopping centre in the West Midlands. This particular outlet opened in 2023, attracting significant queues at its launch.
At the time, Dudley Council reportedly urged the Sidemen members not to attend the opening in person to prevent overcrowding. The brand now operates five other branches across the UK and has even expanded internationally, opening a location in Singapore in June 2025.
