The Billesley Closes Suddenly, Staff Devastated
This week, the Billesley pub shut without warning, leaving staff blindsided. A staff member spoke of their devastation upon receiving messages on Monday morning that windows were being boarded up. The brewery confirmed the closure but declined to comment on how workers were informed. "It never gets easier hearing someone experiencing hurt like that," said reporter Kirsty Bosley.
