Virgin Media has revived its popular promotion, offering new customers a free 43-inch LG smart TV worth £249.99 when they sign up to selected broadband and TV packages. The deal, which runs until July 29, covers seven different bundles, with the cheapest option—the Cinema bundle—costing £46.99 per month for 362 Mbps broadband, over 200 channels, Netflix Standard with Adverts, Sky Cinema HD, and Sky Atlantic.
Package Options and Pricing
For sports enthusiasts, the Sport bundle at £56.99 per month includes the same features but swaps Sky Cinema for all nine Sky Sports channels, covering Premier League, Formula 1, golf majors, and international cricket. Higher-tier packages like the M500 Sport HD + Cinema + Netflix at an undisclosed price and the top-tier GIG1 Max Volt at £78.99 per month offer speeds up to 1130 Mbps, all channels, and an unlimited O2 SIM card.
All bundles are 24-month contracts with no setup fees, but customers should note annual price rises every April of at least £4 per month. Virgin Media operates its own fibre network, so availability depends on postcode.
Alternative Options
New customers not interested in the TV can opt for £125 bill credit instead. For those needing only broadband, competitor Plusnet offers fibre from £22.99 per month on a 24-month contract, albeit at slower speeds of 74 Mbps. Alternatively, the LG QNED70 43-inch TV is available at Currys for £249.99, reduced from £299.99.
According to Virgin Media, the free TV offer is available on bundles including M350 Cinema + Netflix, M350 Sport HD + Netflix, M500 Sport HD + Cinema + Netflix, M500 Cinema + Netflix + O2 SIM, M500 Sport HD + Netflix + O2 SIM, GIG1 Sport HD + Cinema + Netflix + O2 SIM, and GIG1 Max Volt.
