Lloyds Bank has been named one of the market-leaders for its use of artificial intelligence (AI) and data analytics, outperforming other UK banks in several prestigious award programmes. The bank, which operates branches in Birmingham, has received accolades across global and UK platforms for its innovative work in data, AI, and technology.

Data Breakthrough Awards Recognition

At the 7th annual Data Breakthrough Awards, Lloyds Banking Group’s Generative BI programme was named “Data Visualisation Solution of the Year”. This award highlights the programme's success in making data more accessible and easier to use across the organisation, enabling colleagues to draw insights and support day-to-day decision-making through natural language queries.

Global AI Awards Success

The Group was also recognised at the 2026 Global AI Awards, securing three awards across different areas of AI application:

In the UK, Lloyds Banking Group was named “Large Company of the Year” at the British Data Awards 2026. This accolade reflects the scale of its data and analytics work, recognising organisations and individuals delivering data-driven innovation across the UK.
