Richard Dunn brings over 40 years of experience in human resources management, including strategic leadership and senior operational roles across various organisations. His career spans the rail industry, G4S, and small to medium-sized enterprises, with a strong focus on individual development and training. Dunn joined Diagrama in 2013 as head of HR, where he played a key role in establishing policies and procedures to support the organisation's growth. In 2024, he stepped back from his executive role and has now taken up the position of trustee.
