The headline sponsor of the Dudley Awards 2026 has urged residents to nominate local individuals, groups, and businesses for their contributions to the community. Stacey Mulhall, spokesperson for West Midlands Hospital and Stourside Hospital, described the borough as a "special place to live and work" and praised the awards for celebrating local success stories.
Sponsor highlights commitment to community
Ms Mulhall said: "We are proud to sponsor the Dudley Community Awards because they celebrate the individuals, organisations and community groups that make Dudley borough such a special place to live and work." She added: "As local healthcare providers, we are committed to supporting the communities we serve, not only through outstanding patient care but also by recognising and championing those who make a positive difference to the lives of others."
The awards, according to Ms Mulhall, "provide an opportunity to celebrate local success stories, strengthen connections with residents, businesses and community organisations, and demonstrate our commitment to improving the health and wellbeing of the region." She also noted that the sponsorship enables the hospitals to "raise awareness of the services available at West Midlands Hospital and Stourside Hospital while reinforcing our position as trusted healthcare partners within the local community."
