Manhunt continues for murder suspect after six months

Zachariah Liburd, aged 22, remains at large six months after the fatal stabbing of 19-year-old Chris Ikouara in Acocks Green, Birmingham. The attack occurred on Olton Boulevard East in January, and a £10,000 reward has been offered by Crimestoppers to help locate the suspect.

Police appeal and family tribute

Detectives have featured the case on BBC’s Crimewatch and are urging the public for information. Detective Superintendent Jim Munro directly appealed to Liburd, saying: “Do the right thing before we find you.” Chris Ikouara’s family described him as “caring” and “deeply cherished.” Detective Chief Inspector Phil Poole added: “If you know where Liburd is or have any information, please get in touch.”
