Child Injured in Kidderminster Coffee Shop Dog Attack
A nine-year-old boy sustained injuries to his face after being bitten by a dog inside a Costa Coffee branch at Crossley Retail Park in Kidderminster. The incident occurred at around 2pm on Sunday, November 2, sending shockwaves through the local community.
Police Launch Public Appeal for Information
West Mercia Police have now issued an appeal to identify the dog's owner, whom they have been unable to locate. The force has described the animal involved as a black and white Border Collie type dog.
Pc Natasha Hadley, leading the investigation, stated: "We're keen to identify the owner, as we believe the dog may be dangerous. We would urge anyone who was in Costa during the incident or anyone who may have information about who the owner is to please get in touch."
