Police Appeal for Information After Halesowen Shop Theft and Threats
West Midlands Police have released CCTV images of two men they urgently wish to identify following a distressing shop theft incident in Halesowen, where security personnel were threatened. The appeal comes after eleven bottles of whisky were stolen from a store located on Queensway.

The theft occurred at approximately 7pm on Wednesday, February 18. According to police reports, the thieves targeted the alcohol section, swiping multiple bottles of whisky. Security staff at the store noticed the theft in progress and confronted the individuals, only to be threatened as a result. Descriptions of the Suspects
Following extensive CCTV enquiries, officers have provided detailed descriptions of the two men seen in the images:
- The first man is described as approximately 5 feet 10 inches tall, with black hair and a full beard and moustache. He has a lean build and is estimated to be between 28 and 40 years old.
- The second man is slightly shorter at around 5 feet 9 inches tall, also sporting a black beard and moustache. He is believed to be younger, with an age range of 25 to 30 years.
Police emphasize that these descriptions are based on the CCTV footage and are crucial for public assistance in identifying the individuals.

A spokesperson for West Midlands Police stated: "We are asking for the public's help after security staff were threatened and eleven bottles of whisky were stolen from a store on Queensway, Halesowen, on February 18 shortly after 7pm. Following our CCTV enquiries, we have identified two men we would like to speak with in relation to this incident."
