Kieron Vanstone, owner of The Oyster Shack, confirmed that the restaurant has made several attempts to contact the group using the phone number provided at the time of booking. However, as of Tuesday, July 29, no response has been received. Vanstone stated, "We've given them a deadline for response but they're still dodging our calls. We have left the matter with the police." The restaurant's CCTV system was not operational during the incident, but a fellow customer managed to note down the registration plate of the black Range Rover believed to have been used by the group. This information has been handed over to authorities.
