A doctor is set to appear in court after being charged with sexual assault following a Staffordshire Police investigation.
Danial Moin Baloch, aged 30, was charged by the force's rape and serious sexual offences team. He was arrested in November 2024 after a woman reported a sexual assault to the police.
Court Appearance Scheduled
Staffordshire Police confirmed the charge in a brief statement. Baloch, from Worsley in Greater Manchester, is due to appear at the North Staffordshire Justice Centre next month. The hearing is scheduled for Tuesday, July 28, at the Newcastle-under-Lyme-based court.
