Two people are in custody after a police raid uncovered a significant quantity of drugs hidden in a garden shed in Wolverhampton. The operation took place on Monday morning, January 12, 2026, at a property on Latch Place.

Arrests Made in Morning Raid

Acting on intelligence, officers from West Midlands Police executed a warrant at the address. During a search of the premises, they discovered a haul of what are believed to be class A and B drugs concealed within a shed at the rear of the garden.

A 40-year-old man and a 43-year-old woman were subsequently arrested at the scene. Both individuals were detained on suspicion of possession with intent to supply controlled substances. They remain in police custody for questioning.
