Four people have been arrested following early-morning raids in Bloxwich as part of a county lines operation, West Midlands Police confirmed. Officers executed warrants at multiple addresses in the area on July 21, recovering a large quantity of cash and suspected Class A drugs.
Arrests and Charges
Three men aged 29, 34, and 41, along with a 32-year-old woman, were arrested on suspicion of Class A drug dealing offences. They remain in custody for questioning as the investigation continues.
Police Operation Details
The warrants were carried out by the West Midlands Police County Lines Taskforce (CLTF), supported by operational support units. A spokesperson for the force stated: "We have arrested four people after warrants were carried out across Walsall this morning. Officers from our County Lines Taskforce carried out warrants at multiple addresses in Bloxwich, in the early hours of this morning, where four people, three men and a woman were arrested."
Seizures and Ongoing Investigation
During searches of the addresses, officers recovered a large amount of cash and suspected Class A drugs. The spokesperson added: "While carrying out searches of the addresses following the warrants, our CLTF officers, along with Ops support, recovered a large amount of cash and suspected Class A drugs." All four suspects remain in custody for questioning.
