Man Charged After Cradley Heath Stabbing, Court Today

A man is due in court today after a stabbing incident in Cradley Heath left a man in his 40s injured. The attack occurred in the early hours of Friday, July 10, at an address on Clancey Way.

Emergency Response and Victim's Condition

Emergency services were called to the scene just before 6am. The victim, a man in his 40s, was found with injuries and immediately taken to hospital. West Midlands Police confirmed that his injuries were not life-threatening.

Charges and Court Appearance

Lance Dunn, 37, of no fixed abode, has been charged with wounding in connection with the incident. He is scheduled to appear before Wolverhampton Magistrates Court on Saturday, July 11. Police stated: "We've charged a man following a stabbing in Cradley yesterday morning. A 37-year-old man detained in connection with the incident has now been charged with wounding."

Ongoing Investigation

Three other men, aged 35, 36, and 50, who were also detained in connection with the stabbing have been released on bail while police continue their enquiries. West Midlands Police urged anyone with information to contact them on 101 or via Live Chat, quoting log 658 of July 10.
