Man Appears in Court After Teenager Allegedly Stalked and Sexually Assaulted

Miguel Fernandez, aged 21 and from Luton, has been formally charged in connection with the incident. The charges against him include:

The alleged crimes occurred on March 20 in West Bromwich. According to reports, the teenage victim was first harassed online before the situation escalated. She and two friends were then assaulted and threatened with a knife during the incident. Additionally, the girl was sexually assaulted.
