West Midlands Police have launched a public appeal for information following a violent robbery at a Morrisons Daily store in Wolverhampton. The incident, which occurred in the early hours of March 3, involved three suspects who smashed their way into the petrol station store and threatened a staff member with a metal pole.

The robbery took place at approximately 2am at the Morrisons Daily located on Wellington Road in the Stow Heath area. According to police reports, the suspects forcibly entered the store by breaking a glass front door. Once inside, they proceeded to steal cash from the till while one of them brandished a metal pole, directing threats towards a member of the staff on duty.
A spokesperson for West Midlands Police stated, "We are appealing for information after a robbery at a petrol station in Wolverhampton. At around 2am on 3 March, three suspects broke into a petrol station store on Wellington Road. The suspects smashed a glass front door to get inside the store. Cash was stolen from the till and a staff member was threatened with a metal pole."
Police Investigation and Suspect Descriptions
Since the incident, authorities have been actively investigating, conducting numerous enquiries including reviewing CCTV footage and speaking with nearby residents. In an effort to advance the investigation, police have now released detailed descriptions of the three suspects involved.
The first suspect is described as a white man, approximately 5 feet 10 inches tall, in his 20s. He was reportedly wearing a black puffer coat, black trousers, and a dark-coloured face covering at the time of the robbery.
The second suspect is described as a man wearing dark-coloured clothing, though further specifics were not provided in the initial release.
The third suspect was also believed to be wearing a face covering, indicating a possible attempt to conceal their identity during the crime.
The police spokesperson added, "Since the incident, we have conducted a number of enquiries such as reviewing CCTV and speaking to residents nearby. We would now like your help as part of our investigation."
