Motorcyclist Rammed Off Bike in Birmingham: Police Hunt Driver

Incident Details

West Midlands Police have released an image as part of an appeal to identify a driver after a motorcyclist was deliberately rammed off their bike in Birmingham. The incident occurred on May 23 on the Coventry Road at approximately 2.45pm. The car involved is believed to be a silver Skoda Octavia.

According to the force, the rider was waiting at a red light when the car behind began sounding its horn. When the lights changed, the bike moved but was deliberately hit by the car. The impact forced the rider off their bike, resulting in serious injuries.

Police Appeal

West Midlands Police are looking to speak to anyone who might have seen what happened and to help identify the driver of the car involved. A spokesperson said: "We are appealing for anyone with information or dashcam footage to come forward."
