Police Appeal After Alleged Sexual Assault on Coach

British Transport Police are appealing for information following a reported sexual assault on a coach travelling from Birmingham to London. The incident took place on Friday, 15 March, on a National Express service.

The victim, a woman in her 20s, was reportedly assaulted by a man sitting next to her during the journey. She alerted the driver upon arrival at Victoria Coach Station in London.

Officers have released a description of the suspect. He is described as a black man, aged between 30 and 40, with short black hair and a beard. He was wearing a black tracksuit and white trainers at the time of the incident.

Police are urging anyone who witnessed the assault or has any information to come forward. They are also checking CCTV footage from the coach and the station.
