Police Appeal After Man Racially Abused in Walsall

West Midlands Police have launched an appeal for information after a man was allegedly racially abused in Walsall. The incident occurred on Park Street just before 5pm on 27 June, when a woman reportedly shouted racial abuse at the man as he walked past her.

Officers have released a CCTV image of a woman they wish to identify in connection with the racially aggravated harassment. The image shows a woman with dark hair wearing a white t-shirt with dark sleeves and what appears to be shorts.

In a statement, a police spokesperson said: "Do you recognise this woman? We would like to speak to her in relation to a racially aggravated harassment in Walsall. A man was walking past a woman in Park Street shortly before 5pm on 27 June when she started shouting racial abuse towards him."

Appeal for Information

Anyone who recognises the woman or has information about the incident is urged to contact West Midlands Police on 101, quoting crime number 20/303062/26. Alternatively, information can be provided anonymously to Crimestoppers on 0800 555111.

The force has asked the public to come forward as soon as possible to assist with their investigation.
