West Midlands Police are seeking the public's help to identify two individuals captured on camera riding a motorcycle without a registration plate along footpaths in Bilston. The incident occurred in the Weddell Wynd area on May 5 at around 5.20pm.
Details of the Incident
The motorcycle was ridden off-road along footpaths and roads off Bradley Lane, Bilston. No registration plates were visible on the bike, which was being operated in a manner that caused distress to local residents and businesses. The force has released an image of the two people on the bike, though their faces are obscured.
Police Appeal
A West Midlands Police spokesperson said: "Our local teams investigating the use of motorcycles being ridden off-road in the Weddell Wynd area of Bilston want your help to identify the two people in this image. We know their faces are hidden, but our neighbourhood officers are working hard to gather information to help trace those involved and want to hear from anyone with information about the bike and who may be riding it."
Anti-Social Behaviour Concerns
The spokesperson added: "Local teams are focussed on tackling anti-social behaviour as we're aware bike riders are causing a nuisance for residents and businesses, as well as being a potential danger to themselves and others." The police are urging anyone with information to come forward to prevent further incidents and ensure community safety.
