West Midlands Police have released images of two men they want to speak to following an alleged machete assault in Bloxwich, Walsall. The incident occurred on Harden Road at approximately 10:50am on 2 July, when the victim was confronted by two males, one reportedly carrying a machete. The victim was assaulted but managed to escape.
Suspects Named
Police have identified the suspects as Michael Walker, aged 45, and John Walker, aged 24, both from Walsall. Authorities are urging the public to come forward with any information regarding their whereabouts.
Victim Still Unidentified
The incident was reported to police by a third party, and officers have yet to identify the alleged victim. In a statement, West Midlands Police said: "We started an investigation after receiving a third-party report of an attack on Harden Road, Bloxwich, at around 10.50am on 2 July. It's understood the victim was confronted by two men - one carrying a machete. He was assaulted but then managed to flee. We've yet to identify the victim, and we're keen to identify him to make sure he's safe and well."
