Police Appeal for Man's Help in Birmingham Rape Investigation
Police Seek Man in Birmingham Rape Case Appeal

West Midlands Police have launched an appeal for help in locating a man they wish to speak to as part of their investigation into a rape that occurred in Birmingham last year. The incident took place at an address on Hooper Street at around 6am on November 23, 2025, when a woman was attacked.

Following police inquiries, a 24-year-old man was charged with rape and remanded in custody. He is scheduled to appear in court next month for trial. However, officers are now seeking another man who may have information relevant to the case.

A police spokesperson stated: "We now need to talk to this man as part of the investigation, and we'd ask him, or anyone with information, to contact us. You can do this via Live Chat on our website, or by calling 101, and quoting 20/454321/25."
