Segway Rider Warned in Wombourne Police Crackdown

Police have issued a warning to a man riding a segway on Wombourne Railway Walk as part of a zero-tolerance crackdown on vehicle-related anti-social behaviour in two West Midlands villages.

The Staffordshire Police operation took place in Wombourne and Kinver on Sunday, June 14, with officers patrolling known anti-social behaviour hotspots.

Quad Bike Seized and E-Scooter Warning

One incident saw a quad bike seized on Windsor Holloway, and the driver was issued a ticket for driving without insurance. Meanwhile, an e-scooter spotted speeding on Giggetty Lane led to the rider being issued a Section 59 ASB warning. This means if the vehicle is seen being driven illegally or anti-socially again in the future, it will be seized.
