A 21-year-old man was kidnapped in broad daylight in Arleston, Telford, on December 29 last year. Four masked men bundled him into the boot of a black Audi A4 at around 2.18pm.
Victim Taken to Storage Unit
The victim was driven to a storage unit in Eyton, where he was violently attacked by his kidnappers. The Audi was later dumped at Lilleshall Golf Club, leading to the identification and arrest of one suspect, Haider Ali, aged 22.
Torture Video Sent to Suspect's Phone
While Ali was in police custody, a video of the victim being tortured was sent to his phone. This allowed police to identify four other suspects: Jawad Hussain, 20, Ehteshan Hussain, 22, Faheem Chohan, 23, and Shayyan Hussain, 24.
All Five Await Sentencing
All five men now await sentencing for kidnap. The victim was subjected to a terrifying attack, but the gang was rumbled after the video was sent to Ali's phone during questioning.
