Boy, 4, Hospitalised After Car Collision in Walsall

A four-year-old boy was rushed to hospital after being struck by a car in Walsall. The incident occurred on Greaves Avenue in the Park Hall area at approximately 4pm on June 5.

The child sustained injuries that are not believed to be life-changing, according to West Midlands Police (WMP). The driver of the vehicle has been spoken to and is assisting officers with their ongoing enquiries.

Police Appeal for Information

WMP has appealed for anyone with information or footage from the area to come forward. A spokesperson said: "We were called to Greaves Road, Walsall, shortly before 4pm yesterday (5 June) to reports of a collision between a car and a child. The four-year-old was taken to hospital with injuries which thankfully, are not believed to be life-changing. The driver of the car involved has been spoken to and is helping with our enquiries. We would like to thank drivers and local residents for their patience as several roads were closed while we investigated."
