Elizabeth Brown, a 69-year-old mother and artist from Taunton, Devon, died at the scene of a crash on Friday, July 3. Her family described her as "strong, bright, intuitive, and warm" in a tribute released through Devon and Cornwall Police.
On the day of the crash, Brown had spent time with her partner Simon and her cockapoo Bertie, swimming at Ness Beach in the sunshine.
