Police have launched an investigation after a woman's body was discovered in a woodland area in Cornwall on Sunday morning, May 3. The death is being treated as unexplained.
Emergency services were called to Killivose, near Camborne, at approximately 7:45 a.m. following reports of a body found in the woods. Officers have cordoned off the area while inquiries continue.
The woman has not yet been formally identified, and authorities are working to trace and notify her next of kin. A witness reported seeing multiple police cars and three forensic vans near the scene.

A spokesperson for Devon and Cornwall Police said: "At 7:45 a.m. on Sunday, May 3, we received a report of a body found in woodlands in Killivose, Camborne. Emergency services attended and the body of a woman was sadly located. A police presence is in the area, and enquiries are underway to formally identify the woman and notify her next of kin. Her death is currently being treated as unexplained."
