Crash on Aldridge Road leaves two hospitalised
Two people were taken to hospital with serious injuries following a two-car collision in Streetly on Friday night. The incident occurred just after 11pm on 24 July at the roundabout where Aldridge Road meets Beacon Hill, Erdington Road and Foley Road West, directly opposite the Foley Arms pub.
Emergency response and debris
West Midlands Police and ambulance crews attended the scene. Car debris was scattered across the roundabout, and the junction was closed for several hours while officers conducted investigations. The two injured patients were rushed to hospital, but their injuries were not believed to be life-threatening.
Police appeal for witnesses
A West Midlands Police spokesperson said: 'We were called to Aldridge Road, Streetly shortly after 11pm on Friday night (24 July) after a two-car collision. Officers attended and two people were taken to hospital with serious injuries, though these were not thought to be life-threatening.'
