Supporting Local Businesses and Community Vibrancy

The event is organized by Visit Royal Sutton Coldfield BID in partnership with LSD Promotions, with a focus on boosting footfall and supporting local enterprises. Michelle Baker, manager of Visit Royal Sutton Coldfield BID, expressed enthusiasm for the festival's return, noting its role in creating a lively and welcoming town center.

"We're delighted to be bringing the three-day food festival back to Sutton Coldfield following the success of previous years," said Baker. "It's a fantastic event for the town centre, helping to increase footfall, support local businesses, and give people another reason to visit and spend time here."

Baker emphasized the festival's impact on community engagement, adding, "Events like this play an important role in creating a vibrant and welcoming town centre, encouraging people to stay longer and explore what our businesses have to offer." The BID has provided funding for live music, family activities, entertainment, picnic bench hire, and promotion to enhance the visitor experience.

In a move to support independent hospitality businesses, complimentary pitches have been offered to traders such as Military Chef, The Victorian Tea Room, Sher, and Folklore, allowing them to reach a broader audience. Baker encouraged everyone to attend, enjoy the festivities, and support the local economy.
