Former Love Island star Tyrique Hyde has accused Ope Sowande of staging his viral falls for the cameras, igniting a lively debate among fans.

Ope Sowande has certainly made an impression in the Love Island villa. Known for his outgoing personality, the West End performer has taken not one but two tumbles on the show. Within minutes of entering the villa, Ope slipped while walking to the fire pit, quickly recovering with a reassuring arm from Lola Deal. The following evening, during a game, Ope was awarded 'biggest clout chaser' by Mica Harris. As he walked to collect the award, he completely fell over. Although he played it off, Ope later admitted he felt a bit embarrassed.
