The Artisan Market at Merry Hill is set to return for the summer holidays on Sunday, August 9, from 11am to 5pm. Centre bosses confirmed the event will offer shoppers a chance to browse unusual arts, crafts, and produce created by local artisans and small businesses.
Past Vendors and Offerings
Previous editions of the market have featured a diverse range of vendors, including Kaoui – Korean Skincare & Matcha, Drippy Berries Co, Popkhana, Slow Flo Studio, Ted's Book Sho, Punjaban, Daisy's Home and Kitchen, Dwarf(ish) Tales, and Earth's Art. Sweet treats have been provided by The Cheesecake Atelier, The Mad Batter Bakes, and Cafe Cannoli.
Game On Festival and Free Activities
The market coincides with the conclusion of Merry Hill's Game On festival, which offers two weeks of free activities for children, including football, karate, and cricket. Families can also take advantage of special school holiday dining deals: kids eat free at ASK Italian (with ASK Perks), 20% off the children's menu at Wagamama (through Wagamama Soul Club), and a kid's combo meal for £7.50 at Five Guys. Odeon cinema offers children's tickets from just £1 for selected screenings.

Jonathan Poole, centre manager of Merry Hill, said: “We know that families are always looking for fun, free things to do to keep the whole family entertained over the summer holidays. Following on from QRious Quest last year, we wanted to bring in a new and exciting way for families to spend time together. Game On offers a fun mix of sport, community events and gaming that we’re confident our visitors will love, and even better, it’s all free.”
