What to Expect at the Celebration
The celebration will include interactive workshops, live performances, and screenings of the beloved film. Visitors can explore recreations of iconic locations such as the Great Hall and Diagon Alley, complete with props and costumes. Special guest appearances from cast members and behind-the-scenes experts are also planned, according to organizers.
Family-Friendly Activities
Young witches and wizards can participate in potion-making classes, wand-making workshops, and broomstick flying lessons. The event aims to immerse families in the wizarding world, with activities suitable for children aged 4 and above. Tickets are priced at £25 for adults and £15 for children, with family packages available.
Community and Charity Involvement
A portion of ticket sales will be donated to local literacy charities, promoting reading among children. The celebration also partners with Birmingham libraries to host storytelling sessions and book giveaways. "We are thrilled to bring this magical experience to Birmingham and support literacy in our community," said event spokesperson Emma Thompson.
