Alton Towers Extends Half Term Hours for Longer Rides

Alton Towers is extending its opening hours for the May half-term, allowing families and thrill-seekers to enjoy more time on rides. The 'Twilight at the Towers' event launches on May 22, offering visitors access from 10am to 8pm through May 31.

New Attractions and Extended Hours

The Staffordshire theme park recently opened the world's first Bluey ride, 'Bluey the Ride: Here Come the Grannies!', a must-visit for younger guests and fans of the hit show. Visitors can also meet Bluey, Bingo, Bandit, Chilli, and other CBeebies stars at the Big Fun Show Time, featuring interactive events with favorite characters.

For older and braver guests, iconic rides like Nemesis Reborn, The Smiler, Oblivion, and Wicker Man deliver a full day of adrenaline. Day tickets start from £39.

Short Break Packages

Those looking to extend the fun can choose from short break packages starting at £70 per person. The resort offers themed accommodation including the UK's only CBeebies Land Hotel, Caribbean-inspired Splash Landings Hotel, Alton Towers Hotel, and Enchanted Village Woodland Lodges. Staying over allows guests to enjoy more rides and create lasting spring memories.
