St Luke's Church in Deeplish will host a Holy Communion service on May 3 at 10 am, officiated by Rev Duke O'Baka-Toto. Tea, coffee, and fellowship follow. On Wednesday, May 6, a Bible Study at 10 am offers a friendly, informal setting for learning about the Bible, followed by Morning Praise at 11 am led by Revd Pamela Parr. All are welcome to join the caring congregation.

St Mary's, Balderstone

If you've considered visiting church, St Mary's invites you to a morning service on Sunday, May 3 at 10:30 am, continuing the sermon series in Romans 8:1-17. Doors open at 10 am, with children's groups and light refreshments after. A Sunday evening prayer gathering meets at Christ Church (Block Lane, Chadderton, OL9 7QB) or via Zoom. SMUrFs, a babies and toddlers group, runs Tuesdays during term time at 1:30 pm (1 per adult with child, 30p extra per child). Midweek small groups on Wednesdays (10 am in church lounge, 7:30 pm on Zoom) study Samuel. A new Discipleship Explored course starts Wednesday evenings on Zoom, lasting eight weeks.
