GRAMMY Award winners Ne-Yo and Akon are joining forces for their co-headlining Nights Like This 2026 global tour, bringing two nights of hits to Birmingham's Utilita Arena on Monday, May 4, and Tuesday, May 5. The 57-city tour, which began in Dublin on April 24, spans the UK, Europe, and America, concluding in California on August 21.

Last-Minute Tickets

Last-minute tickets are still available via AXS, Ticketmaster, Live Nation, and viagogo. For May 4, the cheapest restricted-view seats in block 12 upper or block 1 upper cost £71.30 (including fees), while resale gold circle standing tickets are £163.12. For May 5, similar restricted-view seats start at £71.30, with standard floor standing tickets from £88.30.

Performance Times

Doors open at 6pm, the show starts at 7pm, and curfew is 11pm. Times may be updated by the venue.

Set List (Based on Dublin Show)

Ne-Yo's set includes "So Sick," "Closer," "Miss Independent," and covers like Michael Jackson's "The Way You Make Me Feel." Akon performs "Lonely," "Right Now (Na Na Na)," "Smack That," and "Don't Matter." The encore features "Play Hard" (David Guetta cover) with both artists on stage. Set lists are subject to change.

Age Limits

For seated tickets, under-14s must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over. For standing tickets, under-14s are not permitted; those aged 14-15 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over.

Bags Policy

All bags are searched. The venue prefers no bags; if necessary, bags must be A4 size (21cm x 30cm x 19cm) with a maximum of two compartments. Rucksacks are not allowed.

The arena postcode is B1 2AA. It lies within Birmingham's Clean Air Zone; check your car's compliance. Parking is available in North, South, and West car parks (pre-book from £16.50). Alternative parking includes Q-Park Brindleyplace (B1 2JF, 7-min walk) and Euro Car Parks Five Ways (B15 1DB, 17-min walk). Public transport options include trains to Birmingham New Street, Moor Street, Snow Hill, or Five Ways; buses; and West Midlands Metro stops at Brindleyplace or Library Centenary Square.

Banned Items

Prohibited items include weapons, illegal drugs, outside food/drink (except for medical/religious reasons with prior notice), glass bottles, cans, cool boxes, professional cameras with detachable lenses, recording equipment, tripods, selfie sticks, laser pens, helium balloons, golf umbrellas, large banners, smoke grenades, flares, fireworks, studded belts, iPads/tablets, and more. Confiscated legal items (except food/drink) will be returned after the event.
