Zayn Malik Health Update: Hospitalisation Leads to Tour Cancellations
Zayn Malik Health Update: Tour Cancelled After Hospitalisation

Zayn Malik has issued a new statement to reassure fans following his unexpected hospitalisation in April, which led to the cancellation of several KONNAKOL tour dates. The singer shared his gratitude for the support he has received and provided an update on his health and upcoming performances.

Health Scare and Hospitalisation

In April, Zayn was hospitalised unexpectedly, forcing him to postpone several appearances and shows. He previously shared a photo from his hospital bed on Instagram, thanking doctors, nurses, cardiologists, management, and everyone who helped him. Now, after fans grew concerned, he has posted a fresh statement on his Instagram Story.

Zayn's Statement

Zayn wrote: "To my fans, thank you so much for all the support and love you've shown me on the album release and more importantly your love, prayers, and well wishes for my health. I've felt it, and it's meant the world." He added: "I've been at home recovering and I'm doing well and will be better and stronger than before."

Tour Schedule Changes

Zayn explained that he has had to reduce the number of shows on the KONNAKOL Tour to prioritise his health. All US dates have been cancelled, along with shows in Glasgow and Birmingham. However, his London show on May 23 will go ahead as planned, and Manchester fans have a new date on May 24. Current tickets for Manchester remain valid. Shows in Mexico, Chile, Argentina, Brazil, and Peru are still scheduled.

Refund Information

According to Zayn's website, refunds will be issued automatically for tickets purchased through Ticketmaster. Those who bought tickets via third-party sites should contact their point of purchase.

Zayn concluded his statement: "I want to make sure I still get out and see as many of you as I possibly can. I'm really looking forward to playing these shows for you, and I hope to see the rest of you around the world very soon. Big Love, Z."
