Ben & Jerry's has opened its first ever UK shopping centre kiosk at Merry Hill in the West Midlands, and visitors can get free ice cream to celebrate.
The new 270 square foot kiosk opened on Tuesday, April 29, located on the upper floor near Pandora. To mark the occasion, Ben & Jerry's is offering a free scoop to every visitor between 1pm and 6pm on Wednesday, May 6.
Free Ice Cream Offer
The offer gives shoppers the chance to discover a wide range of flavours, including classics such as Chocolate Fudge Brownie and Cookie Dough, alongside scoop shop exclusives like Cherry Garcia and Double Caramel Brownie. The free offer runs on May 6 only and is limited to one scoop or cone per person.

Jonathan Poole, centre manager of Merry Hill, said: "We're delighted to welcome Ben & Jerry's to Merry Hill, bringing another globally recognised brand to the centre and adding something truly fun and engaging for our visitors to enjoy. The launch of the brand's first UK shopping centre kiosk is a fantastic milestone, and a day of free ice cream is the perfect way to celebrate."

Why Merry Hill Was Chosen
Chris Braeger, head of franchising at Ben & Jerry's UK, explained: "The decision to launch our first UK mall kiosk at Merry Hill was an easy one, given the destination's vast catchment, high footfall and well-rounded, all-day experiential offer."
He continued: "To celebrate the opening, and welcome the community in true Ben & Jerry's style, we will offer our Merry Hill fans the opportunity to try some of our euphoric cone-coctions on either a cup or a cone on Wednesday, May 6, for free. As our first shopping centre kiosk, we're excited to make this a monumental moment for both Ben & Jerry's and Merry Hill."
The announcement follows a series of recent additions and upgrades at Merry Hill, including the arrival of Carnival Golf and Games and Wendy's, as well as the complete transformation of its Marks & Spencer store.
