New Midland Jewellery Store Admits 'We F***ed Up' Days After Opening
Midland Store Admits Mistake Days After Opening

A new jewellery store in the Midlands has admitted a major mistake just days after its grand opening. Stay Stainless, located on Kinver High Street in Stourbridge, opened its doors on Saturday, May 9, with plans to welcome customers from Friday to Sunday. However, the business quickly realized it could not sustain that schedule due to a busy summer festival season.

Owners Apologize on Social Media

In a candid social media post, the owners wrote: "We f***ed up. We've opened the shop in the middle of the busy festival period, not our smartest move." They announced that until festival season ends, the store will only be open on Saturdays from 10am to 4pm. Customers unable to visit on Saturdays are encouraged to contact the shop for alternative arrangements.

Festival Commitments

Stay Stainless specializes in steel rings, chains, bracelets, and other accessories. The business is heavily involved in summer events, including Download Festival and Graspop Metal Meeting in Belgium, which made the three-day commitment unfeasible.

The post also included a call for potential staff: "If anyone would be potentially interested in working at the shop, please reach out." The owners expressed gratitude to those who attended the opening, saying: "Your support and kind words mean so much to us... thank you."
