Love Island's Shakira Reveals Theory on George's Real Reason for Dumping Samraj
Shakira's Theory on George's Real Reason for Dumping Samraj

Love Island's Shakira Khan thinks she has uncovered the real reason George Knight chose to dump Samraj Toor from the villa in a dramatic twist. The first twist of this season saw bombshells George Knight and Yasmin Hadlow given the power to send two Islanders home after just 24 hours.

George's Decision Questioned

Fans were convinced George would dump Sam Workman to pursue Robyn Langton, but he instead sent Samraj Toor home, claiming he wanted to get to know Mica Harris. Yasmin chose Ellie Chadwick to leave, aiming to explore a connection with Aidan Murphy. Many viewers doubt George's explanation, and Shakira Khan, a star from series 12, believes she has figured him out.

Shakira's Analysis

Shakira, co-host of Love Island's The Debrief alongside Toni Laites and Yasmin Pettet, unpacked the decision on the show. She stated, "I picked up that George was threatened by Samraj." She noted that George mocked Samraj in the changing room, saying, "oh mr three languages" and referencing his work at his dad's restaurant and modeling career. Shakira added, "He is threatened by that man and he knew that it would be too easy to kill off Sam, who no one's interested in."

Samraj's Background

Earlier, Samraj revealed he works as a model and at his father's Indian restaurant in Munich, Germany. George reacted with, "F------ hell, Mr International. This guy! 'I'm a model, I speak three languages, I work in my Dad's restaurant.' He can f--- off!" Samraj hilariously corrected him, noting he speaks four languages.

A Second Chance

Despite being dumped, Samraj and Ellie received a twist: as they left, Ellie got a text saying, "It's not over yet, a second chance is coming." This leaves their journey potentially continuing. For more Love Island updates, listen live to Capital on Global Player.
