The entire process, from bowl to plate, takes roughly 15 minutes. For two servings, you'll need 250g of Greek yoghurt and 250g of self-raising flour. Simply combine the two in a bowl with a fork. If you only have plain flour, add a teaspoon of baking powder and a quarter-teaspoon of salt. The dough may seem dry at first, but a brief knead on a floured surface will bring it together into a smooth ball.
Divide the dough into four equal pieces, shape them into balls, and flatten them by hand before rolling each out to about half a centimetre thick.
