Man Rushed to Hospital After Oldbury Medical Incident

A man has been taken to hospital following a medical incident in Oldbury. Emergency services were called to Moat Road in Langley shortly after 6pm on Sunday, June 7.

Emergency Response

Medics discovered the man in a potentially serious condition and transported him under emergency driving conditions to Midland Metropolitan University Hospital. His current condition remains unknown.

A West Midlands Ambulance Service spokesperson said: "We were called to a medical incident on Moat Road in Langley at 6.04pm yesterday. We sent two ambulances, the WMAS Critical Care Car, and our Hazardous Area Response Team to the scene. On arrival, crews assessed a man in a potentially serious condition before conveying him under emergency driving conditions to Midland Metropolitan University Hospital."

Witness Reports

One individual took to social media on Sunday evening to report seeing ambulances with blue flashing lights at Barnford Park. The emergency vehicles were reportedly observed at the park gates, opposite Q3 Academy.
