Dianne Buswell's Birth Plan Revealed Amid Pregnancy Worries
Dianne Buswell Shares Birth Plan and Pregnancy Worries

Strictly Come Dancing professional Dianne Buswell has opened up about her birth plans and pregnancy concerns as she prepares to travel to Australia for Christmas.

Pregnancy Update and Travel Worries

The 36-year-old dancer, who is expecting her first child - a baby boy - with boyfriend and former Strictly partner Joe Sugg, shared her thoughts during a recent episode of her 'Winning Isn't Everything' podcast. Speaking with former dance partner Chris McCausland, Dianne revealed the blind comedian had felt her baby bump for the first time.

Dianne expressed concern about her upcoming trip to Australia, telling Chris: "I'm worried because I go to Australia I feel like when I'm going to start to feel like a little bit Chris-like... a bit moany. When I get to Australia is when it's probably going to hit me the hardest. And that's when it's going to be hot Chris. It's going to be so hot. I'm just going to feel like a big sweaty ball."

Birth Plan Decisions

The conversation turned to Dianne's birth plan when Chris asked whether she would consider staying in Australia for the birth of her child. Dianne confirmed her baby would be born in Britain, responding: "I thought about it... but he's going to be a British boy. I'm definitely going to speak Australian to him though."

This revelation comes as the professional dancer continues to participate in Strictly Come Dancing group dances, despite exiting the competition in week 5 when her partner Stefan Dennis had to withdraw due to injury.

Physical Changes and Strictly Challenges

Dianne recently acknowledged the physical changes she's experiencing, sharing a video on Instagram showing her growing baby bump in a skintight bodysuit. She captioned the post: "Getting dressed for rehearsals is getting a little harder these days" accompanied by crying laughing emojis.

In the podcast, Chris McCausland commented on her pregnancy progression, saying: "I think you're at that perfect stage where you are 100% showing. You probably look pregnant, you feel pregnant, but it's probably not causing you discomfort or slowing you down."

Dianne agreed with his assessment, responding "Exactly right!" before Chris jokingly added, "It's going to get worse."

The couple announced they were expecting their first child earlier this year, with Dianne regularly sharing updates about her pregnancy journey with her social media followers and podcast listeners.
