Councillors Bruce Lines and Kerry Brewer, who run the In Touch With Bartley Green Facebook group, confirmed that Frankley Lane has been blocked off by emergency services at Merritts Hill. They advised: "Please take extra care on Frankley Lane. Fire crews are currently on scene working to contain a fire."
