Lashes Farm Proposals
At the Barn at Lashes Farm, Tan House Lane, Navestock, Essex CM14 5SJ, there are two linked applications. Application 26/00722/LBC seeks listed building consent to retain the change of use of part of an agricultural building to provide ancillary residential accommodation for the farmhouse (Use Class C3). Application 26/00721/FUL is a full application to retain the same change of use, and is retrospective.
